Bio: Colby Doler was born in Newnan, Georgia on April 27th 1988. The son of two convenience store proprietors in Grantville, Ga, he grew up working around people of all types. It wasn't until after graduating High School in 2006 when Colby realized what he wanted to do with his life.Colby had written, directed, produced and starred in a full-length stage play simply titled "Knight!" in December of 2007. The play was a complete success garnering fantastic reviews and selling out all three nights it showed in Grantville. It was this production and the many people who enjoyed it so much that gave Colby the realization that his place was in the entertainment industry.But soon thereafter it wasn't too easy for him as he kept his High School job and a link to where he wanted to be was very hard for someone in a little town in Georgia. But he pressed on when finally a CMT production crew came to his hometown to film "Broken Bridges," starring country singer Toby Keith. Though he was only a paid Extra, Colby was able to keep his name in the Extras Casting list and went on to do other films as well. With his minimal experience on set he was able to get Extras roles in a few other productions, even a canceled "Revenge of the Nerds" remake.It wasn't until an independent film called "The Fat Boy Chronicles" came to Newnan that he was able to get the experience he so wished for. Colby became a production assistant and even hooked a very small role good enough for the credits.Colby continues to work his High School job, now as a General Manager of a movie theater, but is steadily transitioning to being an Actor and a Writer.
