Bio: Wendy Davis grew up in a small town just outside Baltimore Maryland. She earned a Degree in Theatre from Howard University and promptly moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue her acting career.Wendy's first big break came on the television series, "High Incident" (1996), DreamWorks SKG's first one-hour series. Wendy was hand-picked by living legend Steven Spielberg to star in the series. Of her performance in the pilot episode, The Hollywood Reporter wrote "The large and strikingly good looking cast all make outstanding first impressions, and Wendy Davis is magnificent as a cop's widow". Later, Wendy was cast as a detective on "EZ Streets" (1996), a one-hour drama produced by Paul Haggis, Academy Award winning writer of Million Dollar Baby (2004) and writer/director of Crash (2004/I). Her other series are "The New WKRP in Cincinnati" (1991), and "In Our Lives" (1980). Wendy has starred in several films. Her credits include Rendezvous (1999) (TV), Return to Two Moon Junction (1995), Brittle Glory (1997) (aka "Reptile Man"), Trapped: Buried Alive (2002) (TV), and her most recent movie Mother Ghost (2002), starring Kevin Pollak, Mark Thompson, and Dana Delany.She has also guest-starred on many TV shows.Wendy received a Drama Logue Award for her performance in the play "Talking With".When Wendy isn't working on a set, she loves helping others by teaching acting classes at The Los Angeles Actors Center. She is dedicated to training and developing actors to work professionally in film and TV.
